Through this six-week course teens will be trained to become paid umpires. Students will learn the foundations of umpiring along with life skills such as strong communication, financial literacy, conflict resolution and more. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with Major League umpires prior to a Rangers game. Upon completion, students are connected with local umpire assignors to start work, are given access to equipment and more.
