2020 Buckner Fall: Adult Nutrition Online Class- Healthy Bites, Healthy Moves
- Class will open on September 16th and close on October 21st
- Self-paced lessons will be taught through Texas A&M AgriLife
- Participants learn about healthy eating (MyPlate), family meal planning, budgeting at the store, food safety and the importance of physical activity
- Participants receive an emailed guide of visuals to help follow along
- Graduation certificates are emailed upon completion of the online class
